It just comments out line 163 of content\scripts\game\gui\main_menu\ingameMenu.ws
INSTALL: use NMM or extract the archive to <gamedirectory>\Mods\
UNINSTALL: use NMM or delete modNoMainMenuExpansionNotice from <gamedirectory>\Mods\
