Because of this, we focus on Nintendo DNA, which consists of originality, flexibility and sincerity. Using Nintendo DNA as a foundation, we have introduced a variety of human resource initiatives designed to maximize the personal development of each employee through their work experience. The process of creating games or other forms of entertainment and delivering those products or services around the world is a team effort. We emphasize teamwork and cultivate an environment that empowers employees to demonstrate their Nintendo DNA and work with enthusiasm.
