About The Game

I can't believe Nintendo Life continues to sleep on this game. Rain World is one of the best video games of recent years. It distills the lone hero platforming adventure super-genre to its bleak existential essence. I tend to love the exploratory adventures that get grouped under the Metroidvania label. Rain world gets me closer to the disconsolate atmospheric vibe of the original Metroid than any other game I've played. 10/10 for me.
