Review BurgerTime World Tour (WiiWare)
Severely undercooked
While never really regarded as a smash hit in arcades, the original BurgerTime has always been an entertaining little game. We recently got what is arguably the best older version, BurgerTime Deluxe, on the 3DS eShop, and now we finally have a completely new title that other platforms received a couple of months ago. But is it...

Nintendo Download 9th February 2012 (North America)
Megamixes, burgers and Maru's Mission
A relatively quiet download this week, with just three titles on offer, one of which came from absolutely nowhere. 3DS Virtual Console: Maru's Mission (Game Boy, Hamster Corporation, $2.99) — Here's a title you don't hear of very often. A side-scrolling action platformer — what else? — Maru's Mission puts...
Nintendo Download 9th February 2012 (Europe)
Demos, burgers and VC returns
This week Europe's got one of the best-looking download slates in a long time — though no, there's no VVVVVV or Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword — with strong titles left, right and centre. Let's get to it. Wii Virtual Console: The King of Fighters '97 (Neo Geo, D4 Enterprise, 900pts) — The legendary fighting...

Developer talks classic arcade update
With the upcoming release of Burgertime World Tour on the WiiWare service, we thought now might be a good time to get in touch with MonkeyPaw Games and attempt to gain some new information on the title. John Greiner, president of MonkeyPaw Games, was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to sit down...
First Impressions BurgerTime HD - MonkeyPaw Games
Time to build some burgers!
If you spent any significant amount of time at arcades during the early 80's, chances are you played BurgerTime at one point. While not as blisteringly popular as Pac-Man or Donkey Kong, the game did gain quite a following and even became a staple in many grocery stores. We've seen quite a few of these classic 80's arcade...
News BurgerTime HD Takes 40 Mega Bites Out of WiiWare
A whopper to relish
Retro remakes and WiiWare go together like bleeps and bloops, like gloomy arcades and sticky floors, like burgers and relish. How appropriate then that MonkeyPaw Games and Frozen Codebase are bringing BurgerTime HD to Nintendo's download service this summer. A game about creating a giant and delicious burger, when a press release...
News BurgerTime HD Gets a Taste of Being a Multi-Platform Game
MonkeyPaw Games' retro title rated by the ESRB
Our Ante Up: Texas Hold'em review showed that a game doesn't need to be flashy in order to be successful, and publisher MonkeyPaw Games has had its upcoming title rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board; a retro title that's sure to follow in the same vein. A recent ESRB rating of BurgerTime HD...

I think I may rather see the original released on Virtual Console.
This will be amazing, bring the original as well
How is it called BurgerTime HD when the Wii is 720p?
EVERYTHING I KNOW IS A LIE!
cries in corner
Hmm, doesn't look to bad...
Burgertime SD
actually I played this on PSN and it was pretty good.
Game has potential to be very cool.
pntjr - The Wii isn't 720p, the Wii is 480p and technically even 480p is HD, it's just the lower end of HD.
wait these screenshots can't be from the Wii version can they? looks cool to me, especially if they are. If it's even close to as fun as the original it's totally worth ten bucks.
