Prince William performs ‘Livin’ On A Prayer’ with Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift – watch

Trio performed '80s hit acoustically at Kensington Palace charity concert

Prince William performed Bon Jovi’s ‘Livin’ On A Prayer’ with Jon Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift at a charity concert last night (November 26). Scroll up to watch.

Video footage of the performance shows the trio perform the song acoustically with Swift giving Prince William a double high five after the finish. The impromptu singalong happened at Kensington Palace at a charity concert arranged by Prince William to benefit Centrepoint
and James Blunt are to perform live

Only 750 tickets were available for the first ever concert at the west London palace, which also saw James Blunt and Tinie Tempah perform live. Swift, who performed her hits ‘Trouble’ and ‘Love Story’ at the event, spoke of her honour at performing. “This is my first time playing at Kensington Palace or any palace for that matter,” she told BBC News.

Earlier this month, The Sunday Times reported that the concert would take place in the state apartments that are open to the public, not in the private area of the palace that is home to William, his wife Kate and their baby, George. Other members of the royal family, including Prince Harry, also live in the same private quarters. William and his family recently moved into Kensington Palace following a £1.1m renovation.
