BenQ-Siemens showcase three GSM phones in Barcelona

BenQ-Siemens has demonstrated its three new high-end mobile phones at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, Spain - EF91, S81 and EF51.

EF91 – a tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900) clamshell device, which is the world's first mobile to feature HSDPA technology, allowing upload data rate of 384 Kbps. The device is expected to be available in different color variants in the summer of 2006. It features:

2-inch 262k color TFT main display
1-inch 65k color OLED sub-display
3.2 mega pixels camera with video capture and auto-focus
Second VGA camera for video calling
Video streaming
MP3, AAC-eAAC+ support
3D surround sound
Bluetooth v1.2, USB 1.1 connectivity
