During Prime Day, Amazon's shopping event for Prime members, many retailers hold their own sales in response. One of these retailers is Target. This year, Target offered some great counter-Prime Day deals, and it's time to recap these offers. We saw some fantastic phone deals at Target during Prime Day. This year, you could save $50 on a new Pixel 8a and $150 on a Pixel 8. The affordable Motorola Moto G Stylus (2023) was also on sale, with a $70 discount (35%) off its regular price. Gamers had the chance to grab the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro for $100 off its price.

In addition to great phone deals, Target also offered impressive Prime Day tablet offers. Deal hunters could save $100 on the Apple iPad Mini 6th Generation and $80 (17%) on the Apple iPad 10.2-inch from 2021. We also saw the Lenovo Tab M8 discounted by $72 (43%).

This year, target was also a great place to save on a new smartwatch, too, as it offered plenty of sweet Prime Day smartwatch deals. The Apple Watch SE saw an $50 (18%) discount, while the Apple Watch Series 9 was reduced by $100 (23%). For those needing cellular connectivity and wanting a premium timepiece, the LTE model of the Apple Watch Series 9 was also discounted by $100 discount (20%).
We were also happy to see the original Pixel Watch discounted by $110 (39%). And those in the market for the newer model, were able to save $60 (17%) on the Pixel Watch 2. The Fitbit Sense 2 also joined the savings spree with a $100 (33%) price cut.
Best Prime Day Target headphones deals
In terms of Prime Day headphones deals, Target offered sweet deals on Apple's headphones. For instance, the AirPods 2 with Charging Case were on sale at a sweet $50 (38%) discount. The Beats Studio Buds+ were also discounted and available at a sweet $40 (24%) price cut. The AirPods 3 also saw a sweet markdown and were available for $30 (18%) off. On the other hand, JBL fans could save $30 (30%) on the JBL Tune earbuds.

Yep! It's highly likely that Target will offer some pretty unmissable deals during Prime Day 2025 as well. Every year, the retailer hosts its own shopping event with deals that rival those on Amazon.
