Description

The HTC 10 is more than just the company's flagship smartphone for 2016. It is what will hopefully bring HTC back on its feet after years of losing precious market share. Knowing this, HTC has done its best to make the 10 as awesome as possible. The phone has the looks and specs to impress, while the software, based on Android 6.0, promises a smooth, fun user experience. Furthermore, the HTC 10 and its reinvented UltraPixel camera hope to wow us with its images and videos. Alas, the front-facing stereo speakers have been dropped, but instead, we're given dedicated woofer and tweeter, powered by individual amplifiers.

This device is also known as HTC One M10, HTC 10 Lifestyle

Great Phone, very practical, solid and Gorgeous Body. I have the red one, and the finishing is perfect. The best phone I had, i used to have an iphone 5s and a moto G5, and this HTC is far better than anyone. The software is lighting fast.

Awful experience with customer services
Phone owned for more than a year

Awful customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from elsewhere. My phone wasn't working since I bought it and then nearly caught fire in my flat - it started beeping like crazy and when I pulled out the charger the top of it was bright orange and then caught fire and I quickly blew it out. I sent it back for repair and they said there was water damage (rust) inside the phone which voided the warranty and that it would cost me either £430 to repair or £25 to get it back un-repaired. I can promise you I have never dropped water on my phone and only had it for 1 year. So either they did a terrible job in the manufacturing process and it had water in it from the beginning or are lying to try and get more money from me. So disappointed especially as my last 3 phones have been HTC and I pre-ordered this one directly from their website.
