I have graduate and post-graduate degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology. I have a wealth of experience across both private and NSW Health public settings, working with acute, moderate to severe, and complex mental health presentations.
I have a genuine passion for supporting adolescents and adults through the difficulties they are facing and to create positive change. I adopt a person-centred approach, creating a warm, safe, non-judgmental space for clients to gain a deeper understanding into the problems they are experiencing.
I am also interested in the way the brain develops in response to an accumulation of stress or trauma over time.
