I am a registered Counsellor with a passion for helping adults, young adults and adolescents to heal, change and grow in emotional health as they face the challenges of life. I find it a real privilege to work with all people to create a safe space and environment to explore a variety of issues. I am a counsellor with a Christian faith and believe all humans have intrinsic value. At Anna Grace Counselling I take a person-centred approach, where the aim is to facilitate growth in emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being and life affirming relationships. I work with an emphasises on the whole person.
I help people heal and grow from a wide range of challenges: stress, anxiety and depression dealing with a traumatic or hurtful past grief and loss boundaries relationship issues general emotional growth.
All of us experience pain and suffering and can have seasons in life where we need help. I would love to help facilitate growth in Emotional, Psychological and Spiritual well-being.
