As a psychologist I adhere to the scientist-practitioner model. This means that my approach to psychological treatment is grounded in research that has been shown to improve mental health. I am trained in a variety of psychological therapies including; CBT, DBT, ACT, FBT (Maudsley) for eating disorders, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapies.
My style is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. I will work collaboratively with you and honour that you are the expert on your self. Together we will discover a psychological approach that suits you. To start I will send you the intake and consent forms, as well as a couple of questionnaires.
