Do you need someone to talk to? Are you doubting your self-worth & self-esteem or have difficulties with anxiety & depression? Would you like to improve your communication with your partner or a member of your family? Have you experienced a betrayal or has someone in the relationship had difficulties with addiction or behavioural difficulties? Have you been affected by previous traumatic experiences? I provide a trauma-informed approach, trained in EMDR & guided imagery. My goal is to ensure you are heard and understood in every session. I am here to work with you to facilitate a safe space to explore your inner needs.
As well as being trained in counselling, I am also an experienced general nurse, midwife, maternal health nurse & therefore, I understand the impact of mental health issues on health. I specialise in relationship issues & couple therapy, managing individual self esteem & anxiety, antenatal & postnatal issues such as bonding & life transitions.
Professional counselling provides you with a collaborative platform in which you can express your grievances and concerns without judgement. At Creating Connections Counselling, I provide a quiet and private space in my home, for you to share your journey.
