I offer Arts-based inquiry and counselling even if you feel you're not creative or can't do art. Using arts-based processes, we can explore ways to live well with emotional and physical pain, diagnosed illnesses or neurodivergence, to find wisdom to live with more well-being or healing. We can collaborate to find the best way forward for you, with a personalised plan to support you or a young person in your care.
I use trauma-informed practices in a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space either in person or online work to with individuals or groups. I have a particular interest and experience in sharing art journalling techniques/prompts for self-reflection and growth. I also facilitate guided drawing and dynamic imagination processes to ease anxiety and stress.
I invite you to reach out for support through a 20 minute complimentary discovery chat to see if working with me is right for you or a young person in your care. If distance is an issue, these conversations can be online in the comfort of your home or safe space. I am here to listen with compassion to guide you to living your best life.
