As a psychologist, I aim to offer a down-to-earth, authentic, practical and warm approach to therapy. I enjoy developing real and meaningful connections with clients, where we are both in the process together working collaboratively towards their therapeutic goals. I'm proud to offer a warm, inviting, cosy space - full of comfortable lounges, sunlight & greenery.

I have worked in a variety of roles and workplaces and am able to help with a broad range of mental health concerns. I have developed a particular passion for helping people to recover from the impacts of traumatic or adverse experiences. As a result, EMDR therapy has become a cornerstone of my practice.

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, confront your fears, ugly cry if you need to, laugh and ultimately heal.
