I work with adults and young people (aged 12 and up) to navigate periods of change, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and grief and loss. I have a special interest in working with the sober curious and parents.
With years of experience in working with youth, community services and complex mental health, I support people using evidence-based counselling approaches. I offer person-centered, trauma informed therapeutic modalities including, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based techniques with the addition of creative art therapy techniques.
I will provide the 'Safe Space' you need to really explore your true thoughts and emotions, without judgement, and with empathy, professionalism and respect.
