I practice within a holistic, humanistic and integrative therapeutic framework. I believe that the human mind has a natural inclination toward growth and healing, and I see my role primarily as facilitating the conditions to allow that natural, growth-oriented inclination to emerge.
My primary goal is to understand your experience. I am not so interested in labels and diagnoses, although I understand that these things can be useful. I will work with you to provide a therapy which is tailored specifically to meet your needs.
