We all want to live a life worth living. Finding that can be quite a journey, with many twists and turns along the way. Embark on the search within the safety of a collaborative and therapeutic relationship. It certainly takes courage, but also has unimaginable rewards. Whether you are facing a new trial, or just decided to take action regarding a long standing issue, take the first step towards healing and overcoming. It is at your fingertips, and might be easier than you think.
I have 16 years experience in private practice, following careers in the medical field and defence. This enables me to follow a holistic approach, considering the importance of body, mind and spirit when working with my clients. Life experience also left me with an innate empathy and deep respect for the everyday heroes who walk through my door.
Accompanying my clients towards a new found resilience and sense of self in the face of difficult circumstances, is a honor, responsibility, and privilege. As is sharing their joy when break-through dawns. I invite you to make the decision and take that first step. It is as simple as that.
