Sometimes we may find that our words just aren't enough to express our full experience of a situation in the past or present. Art therapy allows a safe space where creative expression can take place, expressing more fully our experiences in life and helps us to better understand and process these experiences in a therapeutic way. We will creatively journey together in a small confidential art therapy group space on a weekly basis. No artistic skills are required. Only a willing heart! Limited spaces. We will explore some effective lifestyle and psychological strategies that can help you manage your stress levels and feel better fast.
