Welcome, My name is Free (Pronounced as “Frey”) . I have a special interest working with attachment based issues and Trauma/PTSD stemming from adulthood or childhood. Feelings such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, not really knowing yourself etc,... might be experiences and feelings that stems from trauma. During the intake phase, we will go through a thorough assessment that covers psycho-education and a tailored treatment plan focusing on your needs and goals. Medicare rebate $137.05/session (10per year) possible when you have a mental health care plan and a referral letter from your GP. The fee is $290 for a 45-50min session.
