My name is Joni Bennett, a PACFA accredited Counsellor offering individual psychotherapy, marriage counselling and NDIS certified counselling in Bendigo, Victoria.
I specialise in grief, anxiety, low self-worth, trauma & relationships. Drawing on Jungian and Process Orientated Psychology, both aim to expand your awareness offering new ways to see yourself and the world. I also offer the research proven mindfulness techniques to ensure the work continues outside of sessions.
