Hi! My name is Julee Payne, and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with extensive mental health experience. I am a genuine, caring compassionate, therapist who has worked widely in both public mental health and non government sectors. I bring with me a wealth of experience and knowledge, working with; culturally and linguistically diverse populations, disability, anxiety and depression, LGBTQI, Indigenous Australians, the elderly, PTSD, and those affected by grief & loss.
I teach you the importance of nurturing you and looking after your own mental health, whilst showing you the skills required to do so.
With over 20 yrs of experience I have learn't that you are the expert, and that listening and teaching you how to look after self in a gentle and caring way, is the best opportunity for growth and development when it comes to healing and resilience. I look forward to meeting you.
