Kylie’s psychology practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of adults experiencing a variety of problems including anxiety, stress, depression, anger management and emotional dysregulation, PTSD, adult ADHD, and men’s mental health and distress. Kylie strives to understand each individual client and their unique problem and find the most effective strategies to help them. She uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Kylie is a registered psychologist and Board approved supervisor. She has experience in both private and government settings in NSW and New Zealand, providing assessment and treatment services for a range of adult clients with complex clinical and forensic needs. She brings a warm, authentic and honest approach to her work.
Kylie feels privileged to work as a psychologist and she is committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful environment for her clients.
