I have specific interests in connecting with children, adolescents and adults to identify and leverage their strengths, understand their challenges, develop their understanding of themselves and their relationships, and work collaboratively to meet their personal, social, educational, and work-related goals.
I work with a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, tailoring my approach to best support my clients' unique needs. I apply targeted cognitive, educational, and social-emotional-behavioural assessments to inform therapy and evaluate educational and environmental needs.
I am fascinated by the way the mind, brain, and body work together to influence emotional and cognitive functioning, health, and wellbeing. I am also a yoga and mindfulness teacher, and currently contribute to education projects for Deakin University’s Food and Mood Centre.
