Hi! I’m Mollie- a psychologist (Evenings and Saturdays) with a passion for helping ages 16+ build brighter, more fulfilling lives. Working with teens & young adults since 2017 I witnessed the unique challenges this phase of life brings. My experiences solidified my belief in the power of connection and importance of a safe, supportive space for growth. I understand that seeking therapy can be a big step, and my approach is rooted in empathy, understanding and collaboration. I feel that telehealth provides an environment where clients feel more at ease, making it easier to open up and connect.
My goal is to create space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges freely, knowing that you are are heard without judgment. As we work together, I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, empowering you to develop practical skills that can transform the way you approach and navigate life's hurdles.
