I have over twenty years experience working in Australia, as well as overseas, within many different teams and services. I have a particular interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and other complex problems. I have studied neuro-psychotherapy and have an interest in how neuroscience applies to psychological difficulties such as anxiety and depression.
I practice several different therapies with the main therapeutic orientation being cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy.
