I specialise in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a therapeutic approach which involves collaborative work between the client and therapist. I bring a holistic view to my therapeutic work with each individual and integrate somatic and mindfulness elements as relevant and appropriate. Additionally, receiving an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood has given me a unique perspective on neurodiversity and a firsthand understanding of the profound shift in identity that often accompanies such a revelation.
Psychotherapy provides us with space for reflection on how our life history influences our current relationships with ourselves and others. I have a particular interest in working with parents and carers, including women during and after pregnancy, as well as children.
