I particularly enjoy working with people who are experiencing relationship difficulties. I see many individuals, couples and families, who are struggling with disconnection or conflict in their relationships. This disconnection can often lead to discontentment, feelings of isolation, loneliness and just a general feeling of being misunderstood. My aim is to help each person examine their hopes, needs and concerns, and help them find their own path to a healthier, more satisfying day-to-day existence.
I work with individuals (adults and teenagers), as well as couples and families. In the last eight years in particular, I have worked with hundreds of couples, helping them address all sorts of dilemmas, from estrangement, to affairs, to divorce and parenting concerns. I understand the importance of considering each client's individual needs.
My background as a relationship counsellor and psychotherapist has helped me gain a deep understanding of the pressures and dilemmas that all of us face from time to time. I have a warm, empathic and naturally genuine approach, and I connect with most people very easily. My aim is to help you feel comfortable to talk about whatever brings you to therapy.
