Hi there! I work closely with clients to explore how their early attachment experiences impact their current relationship to themself and others. I help clients break negative patterns by creating emotional safety to explore the roots of their pain.
I have special interest in early attachment wounds and complex trauma. I approach all work with clients from a trauma informed- framework, and I work closely with both the mind and body. I prefer to work long-term and take a relational approach whereby I hope my clients can feel cared for, safe and seen.
