If you are struggling and don't know how to get back to your authentic self, you are not alone. We all need to be taken care of. If we grow up without this care, as adults we may feel flat and unmotivated, we may find it difficult to make friends, we may struggle to understand and process our emotions, and we may forget to take care of ourselves because we feel unimportant. I provide a space for you to express your suffering so that you can learn to overcome it.
I take an approach that is holistic, integrative and collaborative. Drawing from attachment theory, relational practice and experiential techniques, my first focus is on understanding your relationship with yourself. What you learn about yourself can then be used to build meaningful and lasting relationships with your friends, family and partners.
I know that therapy is a big step for anyone. You are showing parts of yourself that you may not have shown anyone else. It is important that you find the right person who genuinely cares for your growth, listens carefully to your challenges and demonstrates patience when things get hard. I hope I can show you that taking that first step is worth it.
