I hold a safe space where you can be yourself and be fully listened to in a way that may be different from what you have experienced before. Having the freedom to talk about confusing thoughts and feelings will eventually allow you to understand yourself better. I believe that the quality of the relationship we build together is key to fostering safe and in-depth self-exploration and healing. I foster authentic and meaningful communication and connection to strengthen your sense of self. I am passionate about helping you understand, process and accept your inner experiences and trust your inherent resources to resolve them.
My therapeutic method is integrative, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including Jungian Oriented Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Mindfulness and The Conversational Model. I am highly skilled in working across the spectrum of life difficulties. I work with current problems, crises, and longer-term challenges.
I will work alongside you, at your pace, to explore issues of concern to you. I hold respect for you and your values, beliefs, uniqueness and right to self-determination. The non-judgemental and accepting nature of therapy makes it possible to face painful experiences and unknown parts of yourself. Therapy takes you beyond where you can go by yourself.
