My focus is on empowering my clients to seek balance, build a greater understanding of themselves, and improve their relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families to assist them in finding a way through whatever challenges face them. I use a client centred approach, combined with other techniques such as ACT, CBT, solution focussed therapy to tailor sessions to best suit the client’s needs.
I work with a range of issues, specialising in relationships, conflict resolution, grief/loss, family therapy, depression/anxiety/stress. I deliver counselling services for a local NDIS provider, with training and lived experience in the field. I also use my previous entertainment industry career experience to support entertainment workers mental health.
