I have been a counsellor, case manager & youth worker since 2008. Prior to 2016 I worked primarily with young people & their families, however I can & have worked with people across the age spectrum, all with unique & varied needs. Counselling is an individual experience & I want you to feel that no matter what, your needs are important. This is why I aim to provide an accessible, affordable & sustainable service. I believe I can help you on your journey towards the best version of yourself. Contact me for a free 15 minute phone consult & see if you agree.
I specialise in mental health, trauma (including childhood trauma & sexual abuse/assault), domestic violence, parenting, cancer & chronic illness, offending behaviour, & BPD. Primarily I work online via email, chat, video chat & phone (via the Signal app), however I also provide in person sessions from my office in Parramatta.
I want to get to know you & create a unique approach targeted to your specific needs. I work collaboratively & build a respectful & safe relationship where there is trust & comfortability so you feel able to be open & honest with me. This is your journey and I play a supporting role only, so lets work together to create a partnership for change.

As an Approved Victims Service Counsellor, I primarily work with young people and adults who have survived trauma/abuse/neglect. The first session with me is a psychosocial assessment. This means that we talk about your life, your family, work, friends and history, giving me a greater understanding of you and your needs. Then we talk about what you want through counselling and go from there.
