My passion is working with victim-survivors of child sexual abuse, however, I work with a wide range of people impacted by various traumas and adverse events. The people I work best with are those wanting to work on their challenges at a deeper level and develop a greater understanding of themselves. My favourite modality to employ is schema therapy, which integrates beautifully with many other therapeutic techniques. I have trained extensively in various evidence-based modalities so that I am able to tailor interventions to your unique needs.
I have expertise in treating people diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD, personality disorders, and eating disorders. I am skilled at assessing individuals for surgical suitability (gender affirming and cosmetic) and have been sought after for my opinion on complex cases and differential diagnosis.
I am down to earth, genuine and client-centred with a sense of humour. My priorities are building rapport, creating a safe space and ensuring you feel heard. I love being able to use my knowledge base to help you live your most rich and meaningful life and see it as a privilege to be able to work with people at their most vulnerable.
