Codependency What is it? Its the need to look outside of ourselves for validation. It manifests as putting others feelings, needs, perceptions before our own. It's often unconscious and we don't even realise we do are doing it. It can be extreme or subtle. When we are codependent we are being pulled by the outside world rather than being in alignment without true selves. This is a women's only group run online. Contact me for more info
