My greatest joy is working with children, youth, and parents who need support, patience, and compassion. My clients often come for support with anxiety, depression, difficulties following divorce or separation, bullying, separation anxiety, trauma, grief, lack of motivation, social anxiety, gender identity, and sexuality. I work with clients using a mix of play therapy, art therapy and talk therapy. Through play, art, and talk, I help clients process their experiences, express their feelings, share their thoughts, change their narratives, create goals and learn new skills.
I genuinely care and am honored to be able to support my clients move towards the life they want. In addition to the experiences listed above, I have a particular interest in working with anyone in the LGBTQIA2S+ community as well as clients with an ADHD diagnosis. I work with clients whose ages range from 4 years old to 19 years old.
