Accepting new clients for Fall 2024. Are you looking to work through a major life transition, a traumatic event, or the loss of someone close to you? Perhaps you know you have gone through some tough things, but you don’t really know how to process these painful experiences. I specialize in helping people find growth, transformation, and healing in the face of trauma, grief, and anxiety. During our time together, you can expect warmth, accountability, and the space to bring your whole self.
You will develop awareness of the root of your issues, cultivate self-compassion for all parts of yourself, and take action to live a more authentic life. I offer somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches, as well as EMDR. I enjoy working with LGTBQ2S+ folks and I provide neurodivergent-affirming and culturally responsive services.
Healing and growth after trauma is possible with the right support. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but my job is to help you to feel safe, welcome, and clear about what to expect from therapy.
