Welcome to Cindy Gillis Counselling Services. I have been an educator for over 25 years with a passion for supporting the well being of others. I am able to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to feel supported and heard while exploring your thoughts, emotions and any challenges you may be facing. Sometimes simply talking about what is bothering you can be a good first step towards improving your self awareness, coping skills and quality of life.
