As a Registered Social Worker, I bring a decade of experience working with children, youth, and families. My journey has always been driven by a deep interest in hearing people’s stories and a commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. As a Métis woman, I am particularly passionate about working with Indigenous people and I am an approved FNHA mental health provider. My professional experience includes providing culturally sensitive support using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) from an Indigenous perspective.
I am a trained trauma therapist and specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma feel unstuck and move forward. I use Lifespan Integration Therapy to address and integrate traumatic experiences, allowing clients to achieve deeper healing and emotional resilience.
My approach is grounded in a strength-based, client-centered, and culturally sensitive framework. I work collaboratively with clients to honor their unique journeys and focus on their personal goals. Whether you’re navigating trauma or seeking personal growth, I am here to provide a supportive, empathetic space where you can explore and heal.
