I work with a wide range of clients with a range of issues: PTSD, trauma, bereavement, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and addictions. Art therapy combines counselling, psychotherapy and art making in a safe therapeutic setting to enhance emotional, physical, and mental health.
I use a client focussed, strengths based approach to build skills and resilience. With a trauma informed lens, establishing safety with clients is key before creating opportunities for collaboration and decisions making.
