I am a registered psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist with both classical/traditional training and also holistic in my approach as a therapist/clinician. I studied my MA in Switzerland at EGS and I am culturally diversified having been an expat in the Gulf/ Middle East, Europe and Latin America teaching and counselling. I work both somatically (with a focus on embodied awareness, presence) and intellectually to navigate and integrate practical life changes and authentic meaning back into your precious life.

For trauma or 'stuck' energy, I normally work with you for 8 sessions with a combination between CBT, DBT, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and positivist psychology. We may include other interventions like somatic based therapies, or expressive therapies (arts based). A gradual entrance into transformation, accountability and inner freedom with new horizons are seen after even 1 session.
