My approach to counselling embraces the fact that each person is unique, and we are all shaped by our unique experiences.

We can often get stuck in unhelpful cycles of emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. With some help, I believe we can get “unstuck” and begin to move toward a healthier and happier existence. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
