I use evidence-based methods from a structured and holistic approach, sometimes assigning homework. I work hard to tailor your treatment experience based on comprehensive assessment and treating you as a human being, not just a client.

I have worked in Mental Health and Addiction services, crisis lines, and specialty clinics for Borderline Personality and Veterans/RCMP, giving me well rounded experience for various things you may need help with. I am most skilled and passionate about serving first responders, helping those impacted by trauma or addiction, and honoring one's spirituality.

Learn multiple practical coping skills to help with trauma stabilization, impulsiveness, problem behaviors such as alcohol/substance use, ADHD and mood regulation.
