My hope is that the work of counselling can be a transformative, comforting, and challenging spot to land during difficult circumstances. I have enjoyed the collaborative moments of insight into ongoing painful circumstances and sharing a laugh despite mountainous difficulties. For over twenty years in various capacities, being able to share in life’s joys and heartaches has been a great privilege.
I provide a warm, compassionate and grounded environment for clients to find a safe space in exploring emotional, mental and relational troubles. I work with preteens, adolescents (and their parents/caregivers), and adults. I honour your unique experiences and am committed to a curious and integrative approach each time we meet.
