As your therapist I offer nonjudgmental support to individuals, couples, and families who are having difficulty coping with life's transitions and relationships: Family, partners, relationships and the workplace. I have over 20 years of experience and professional training to address a range of concerns from premarital therapy and sexuality, to amicable ending of relationships and co-parenting. I use a variety of methods to meet the needs of individuals and couples including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy and Developmental Couples Therapy.
I blend your expertise about you, your partner and your family along with my experience and training to help bring balance to your life. Life isn't always easy and sometimes we all need professional, nonjudgmental support to help us through difficult times. My role is to provide that support.
I recognize that conflict within the family, whether it is marriage conflict, infidelity, Sexuality, debt management, new baby, children, teenagers, or being an Empty Nester can have a significant effect on our ability to cope.
