I have been helping people work through trauma and tough life situations for over 25 years. Sometimes it is just about finding the right connection to the right person to move your life forward. I believe every client has a unique story that is their own and so I will work to determine what therapy plan would work best for you. There are no generic treatment plans. You are the expert on you. Together we will work to find your pathway to healing and how to turn life back on again, if it feels like its been turned off.
I am a survivor of past abuse and trauma. I get how hard it can be. So I specialize in supporting clients with PTSD and anxiety related disorders stemming from the impact of past negative life experiences, looking at what is going on in both body and brain.
My practice offers services to both children and adults; home visits for clients who are unable to attend office sessions (travel fees apply). I also offer workshops on self care, mental health first aid, managing challenging behaviors, conflict resolution, self regulation and trauma informed practices.
