It's hard to navigate through life with feelings of anxiety & depression, relationship issues, the inability to set proper boundaries with others, or struggling with low-self worth. Our life experiences can have an effect on us in unexpected ways. The feelings of sadness, anxiousness, overwhelm, distress or being stuck can seem to have a life of their own, causing us to feel helpless, frustrated or confused. I want you to know that you're not alone & there are ways through counselling to help support you in finding your way again. My goal is to help clients get to the root of their struggles and to develop a healthy sense of self.

We're all unique & have individual circumstances in our life, therefore one approach to treatment will not work the same as it does for another. I work with each client using an integrative approach, evidence-based modalities & treatment plans created uniquely for them, as I strive to ensure that all of my clients feel heard and supported.

We all need someone to talk and connect to, and I feel everyone should have the opportunity to discuss whatever may be going on in their lives with someone in the room who can truly be there to listen without judgment and with a sense of true empathy and compassion.
