My theoretical orientation and clinical approach is a client-centred, strengths-based integrated cognitive behavioral therapist incorporating positive psychology with an existential and humanistic lens. I have training and experience with MH, depression, anxiety, addictions, post/complex trauma, anger and abuse. I work from a multicultural social justice lens with children, youth, adult individuals, family and couples.
I have training and certification in basic and advanced Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Addictions, Trauma Informed, Indigenous Cultural Safety, Working with Gender Diverse Clients, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
