Welcome to my therapy practice, I am a dedicated therapist with a diverse educational background and extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My journey as a therapist has been shaped by a deep motivation to help people, and I am committed to providing a safe and empathetic space for healing and growth. My passion is working with Indigenous communities, and I have had the privilege of working extensively with Yukon First Nation communities, where I have learned to develop culturally sensitive approaches to healing, particularly in the areas of addictions, trauma, intergenerational trauma, & PTSD.
Areas of Practice: My specialties and expertise encompass a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, depression, addiction, anxiety, borderline personality, family conflict, mood disorders, parenting challenges, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal ideation.
