My perspective is that people have strengths and inner resources, and I aim to help you access these and find your way to more self-compassion and self-confidence.
I use an integrative approach to counselling, using what I think will be most effective and helpful. I also approach therapy with a holistic framework, as I believe that balance between the body, mind, and spirit is essential.
When seeking out a counsellor, people are often looking for direction or perspective, and although I do not tell clients what to do, I will explore possible solutions to your challenges with you. Inherently, we all want to be heard and understood, and I strive to provide this non-judgmental, safe space.
