We all encounter challenges and obstacles that come in many forms. Through empathy, patience and perseverance we can manage these situations. For our youth, guidance and support can benefit their identity development, family conflict and their mental health. My name is Marcel Cadogan and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (17906) who specializes in individual counselling and family support, as well as child and youth support that includes racial/ethnic identity development. Additionally, my services include consulting to share ideas, gain clarity or understand life changes.
My services provide a safe, empathetic and empowering experience where self-discovery, esteem and confidence can develop and grow. Connecting with clients will help identify their strengths, promote new skills and build perspective. Racial/ethnic development within the BIPOC community and its youth, can support a strong sense of self and confidence.
My experience working in schools with all ages for over 15 years as a Teacher and Counsellor has provided an in-depth insight of the challenges our youth face daily. My natural ability to connect with people provides a genuine support, allowing you to be yourself and share your truth. Contact me for any questions and to begin your supportive journey.
